wild honey

Wild honey is on the chalkboards today & it's a delightfully smooth, simple flavor! Daniel Sullivan of Shipwreck Honey in West Seattle takes his bees into fields where they pollinate mostly wildflowers, which is what gives his honey such an ethereal flavor. We add this clear, golden honey to our usual blend of sugar and (local) milk & cream, with delicious results. Available now through November 1.
