Our first fall sorbet is here!
To make this sorbet, we’re using a
delicious cider from Blue Mountain Cider Company in Milton-Freewater, Oregon (not far from Walla Walla). The cider is made from Walla Walla Valley apples (from the Oregon side) and the raspberries come from Prosser. Although we do use a hard cider for the base, it is boiled before we make it into sorbet, so all the alcohol is cooked out. But it still that nice hard cider flavor!
