new today: brûléed grapefruit sorbet

To get the flavor of a juicy grapefruit covered in caramelized sugar, we started with the juice and zest of California grapefruit and added in our house vegan caramel sauce made with just lemon juice and cane sugar. The result is a flavor that starts bright and juicy and finishes complex and caramel-y.
