bourbon toffee/coffee crunch!

To make this delicious flavor, we start by cooking bourbon, brown sugar & butter together to make a nice, heavy toffee, then toss it with organic corn flakes, to form savory, crunchy clusters. we pile those clusters into our Stumptown Coffee infused ice cream with a swirl of our house chocolate sauce.
