Sasquatch is back!!! If you aren't already acquainted with this scoop, it's chocolate ice cream (made with lots of Theo Chocolate chunks), with swirls of homemade vanilla bean caramel and our house granola, hand-mixed and roasted in our kitchens. We use gluten-free oats, organic pumpkin & flax seeds, organic Red Ape Cinnamon & PNW honey for the granola. The caramel is made with local cream, local/organic butter and organic vanilla bean. Molly and her friend Adam Zacks, creator of Sasquatch! Music Festival came up with the flavor in 2009, and now we always celebrate festival season with this special flavor!
