This sundae turns the classic apple pie à la mode on its head, letting our seasonal cinnamon ice cream take center stage. We re-envisioned the pie's crust as a crunchy, buttery topping that's the perfect foil to our warm apple compote, made with organic Washington apples and cinnamon. Naturally, we had to finish it off with whipped cream and a Chukar cherry. If, like Molly, you were the kid who always wanted a bunch of ice cream with a tiny bit of pie, then this sundae is calling your name!
