We're dreaming of a late summer in Seattle and couldn't think of a better way to will-it along than with this cleverly named treat! Molly Moon's Late Summer sundae is our Roasted Apricots and Cream ice cream generously topped with warm blackberry compote, rosemary cornbread crumbles, fresh whipped cream and a Chukar cherry!

Nothing screams school bells, cafeteria lunches with friends (new and old), and a game of tag of the playground like a peanut butter and jelly sammie, so we put a little double-m twist on a classic for our Back to School sundae! Vanilla Bean ice cream topped with a drizzle of house-made organic hazelnut butter, a dollop of Sunfresh strawberry freezer jam, fresh whipped cream and a Chukar cherry!
