MOLLY MOON’S MADRONA SPRINGING UP ON TUESDAY, MAY 24
Kids can celebrate with free cups of their favorite flavor from 3 to 5 p.m.!
Madrona, the runner-up neighborhood in the Molly Moon’s “Shop 3 Where Will It Be?” campaign, is the recipient of this petite ice cream boutique that will be serving up pints and lidded cups of Moon’s delicious ice cream, ice cream sandwiches, and seasonal Mollypops – a new sorbet confection. Strawberry Rhubarb Mollypops and Moon’s signature Parker’s Praline ice cream sandwich will be on the menu for next week’s grand opening.
In celebration of Moon’s Madrona grand opening, kids who visit the shop on Tuesday, May 24 from 3 to 5 p.m. will receive a complementary kid-sized cup of their favorite flavor. Molly Moon’s Madrona will be open daily from 12-noon to 11 p.m.
In other Moon’s news, the lease has been signed and construction on Queen Anne’s newest ice cream boutique is slated to begin the second week of June. The Molly Moon’s Queen Anne scoop shop, located at 321 W. Galer St., will open in time for Labor Day!

About Molly Moon’s Homemade Ice Cream
Molly Moon’s is Seattle’s premier community gathering place and a location for family traditions. With ice cream, made from local and organic ingredients, it is the kind of sweet, creamy satisfaction that one craves whether they’re two or eighty-two. And, like the eclectic neighborhoods we’re settled in, our shops are places where classic flavors like Vanilla Bean and Theo Chocolate live alongside the creative and exotic Cardamom and Balsamic Strawberry. Not to mention, the cozy atmosphere will make you want to stop in for a cone and hang a while.
From Carnation’s strawberries to Sequim’s lavender, Molly Moon’s is committed to using the best ingredients the Pacific Northwest has to offer. Furthermore, don’t be fooled by the cute cups our gourmet treats are served in or the stylish design of our Wallingford, Capitol Hill and Madrona shops; the dishes are 100% compostable and Seattle’s favorite hang-outs were built with sustainable materials.
